Alex & Leah talk about which treat they think Santa will eat first

Look at all those presents....

Alex opens a Snoppy Snow Cone Machine, something Mommy always wanted, I wonder if Santa meant to bring that to me and Alex opened that by mistake?!?!?

Leah puts some "make-up" on Daddy.... in this picture she kept saying "you got lips Daddy?"

That's right, were going to Vegas Baby.... Keep Fall 2009 open...

Our Trip to The Fire House

Leah has been to the fire house a dozen times to see her Daddy, but today she got to bring along some of her friends. She was SOOOO excited to show off the Wooo Wooo place and all the neat things about being the daughter of a firefighter.

Here the big shinny fire engine

Not this time pal, we are going in....

Are they too cute or what???

Joslynn is NOT to sure about this, but curious just the same.

And this future fire fighter had a huge grin on his face the WHOLE time we were there!

Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree...

After alot of searching we finally found the perfect tree. We brought it home and after 4 or 5 cuts and alot of cussing we finally got it in the stand and ready to decorate. Here Ethan is getting in the Christmas spirit. He cant wait for his first Christmas! Posing in front of the naked tree
Why do kids love to do this? I cant keep these out of her mouth
Daddy and Ethan wore themselves out and needed a little nap
The end result.... not too shabby!
Stay tuned to see pictures of our trip to visit Santa....

Thats my fella

Theo wasnt recently recognized for his part in rescuing a 14 year old girl from a fire. He received "The Medal of Meritorious Service" which is I guess the second highest award you can receive in the fire service. I know he would kill me for bragging, but I wanted to send you some pictures. I'm just so proud... In this picture: Theo's step-mom Ann, Bob -his Dad, and his sister Mindi,
and of course Theo and I and the kids

This is Theo's Dad who is a Batallion Cheif for Columbus' Fire department.

Theo is a 4th generation firefighter.

I just had to take a picture of the kids all dressed up.

Pumpkin Picking at Circle S farms

This is the HUGE barn full of Hay. It was so soft and you can see the slide in the background. They loved it. Heck We loved it!

It's Like Finding an Ethan in the Hay stack

Could you ask for a more picturesque setting? I really did take this while we were there.

We went to Circle S Farms to get our pumpkins this year and we will definitely be going back. It could not have been more fun or a more picture perfect fall evening. A corn Maze, a straw bale maze for the kids, a HUGE barn that was FULL of straw and slides that you could slide down into these huge piles of hay. They also had pumpkin donuts that I liked so much I made Theo get some to bring home! Mmmmmm! And as we were walking out to get the pumpkins a bunch of Hot Air balloons arrived. I just had to get show you this...

Our Best Date Ever

Well Alex and I got to go on our BEST DATE EVER, compliments of my friend Lisa the Roller Coaster Fanatic. We were suppose to go up there with them on Sunday but then her stinking son had to go and have his Apendix burst and went to surgery instead of Cedar Point. Darn kids anyhow! So Alex and I went it alone and had one heck of a time. He didnt want to go on anything that went upside down and me in my old age have gone from Fearless to fearfull! Seriously I can remember as a kid going on ever ride I could get on and loved it! Sunday I had several small panic attacks! I thought Alex was too skinny and was gonna fall out the bottom! But I tried to keep my imagination from going too far off the deep end and did have a great time!

Alex's face after his first roller coaster!

Us waiting to ride the Iron Dragon

The "beach" at Cedar Point

This is called the Top Thrill Dragster and it's Lisa's FAVORITE ride in all the world. I agreed to ride it with her, that was before I saw it..... Sorry Lisa but its NEVER going to happen!

Christie & I before the ceremony. We had our hair & makeup done and we finally got to see it all together! Not to shabby!

Dance with your Daddy! Christie & Dad danced to a Doobie brother song I think Old black water? But the end repeats Dance with your daddy all night long!

What can I say two of the cutest darn kids in the world!

The whole kit and caboodle dressed up for the big day
Ofcourse Theo and I are the only one's actually looking at the camera and I'm the only one smiling, not quite the christmas picture I was hoping for!

Tomato Festival

Well here they are at the Reynoldsburg Tomato Festival. I have to say we didnt eat any tomatoes but we sure had a heck of a time! Ethan didnt
get to go on the slide, not this year... but Leah managed to talk her Daddy into going down! Imagine that was what a hard nights work. Ok so it was one time. Still not a bad perk being on the job!
